Sorting allows you to organize your report data in ascending (from lowest to highest) or descending (from highest to lowest) order.

Sorting in USA Trade Online

Any column in a report can be sorted by clicking on one of the small arrows at the top of the column. The down arrow will sort your data in descending order while the up arrow will do the opposite. After clicking on the desired arrow, it will turn red as shown above in Figures A and B.


Helpful Hints and Related Information

• It is important to note that the system only sorts according to the dimension directly adjacent to the data cells. For example, if "Time" was to the left of "Country" in the above example, you would not be able to sort by Unit Price in descending order as we have done in Figure B. This is because the system would be sorting the Unit Price for Peru in each year instead of sorting by year for Peru.
