Rank ordering takes sorting one step further by inserting a column with an actual rank (1, 2, 3, etc) into your table.. This option only appears when there is only one dimension header making up the reports’ rows.

Rank Ordering in USA Trade Online

In Figure A, you will notice the circled rank ordering icon . Clicking this icon will activate the rank ordering feature and create a new rank order column, with the highest value ranked number "1," by default (see Figure B). Figure B also shows that you can sort this new column in either ascending or descending order.

Helpful Hints and Related Information

• The use of the Suppression option will remove the ability to do rank order.
